We aim to process and deliver Nature & Nurture orders as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery within Pakistan:
Major cities: approximately 2–4 business days
Other locations: approximately 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations or circumstances outside our control.
Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
Orders that cannot be verified may be placed on hold or cancelled.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Free shipping may be available during selected promotions or above a specified order value.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

- Shipping address
- City
- Area / landmark where needed
Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be resent because incorrect information was provided.
